Hi Laurie, You don't know me, but I am descended from a Snow family on my mothers' side. I am 72 years old, and my parents are gone, so I don't have much info and probably none that would pertain to your family, but I just saw Sally Snow's Name and that was my grandmothers' name (Maiden name) her parents were Ely and Julie Snow, whose parents (hers) Williamson's but I don't know first names and they were from the Carolinas farther back and Al. Ely's parents were Jeff and Lucinda Sweatman Snow. Ever since I was born in 1929 they lived in or around Alcorn CO. MS That's where my mother was born. And my elder brother. I was born in Tippah CO. Ms and since seventeen lived in and around Dallas TX. I live in Garland (suburb) of Dallas since 1963. If you find anything that would remotely relate to my family, please let me know. I never knew much about them because we moved to TN when I was one, then to AR when I was 13 and TX ever since, so I have not been able to keep up with them. I would go to the Library more and look under their names and Counties, but had an accident eight months ago that's left me not able to do a lot of things I love doing. I hope you find who you're looking for. My memory isn't good enough anymore to dig deep! Take care. Pearlie Duncan Walker wildfern@home.com P.S I never got to see my grandmother Sally Snow Mullins, because she died when Mama was 5 months pregnant with me. I have always missed her so much. Everyone who knew her said she was like a Saint. She visited and helped some family who had T B and contacted it herself and died at about age 47. Buried at Bethlehem Cemetery in Alcorn Co MS just out of Corinth MS and just off Hwy 72. I hope I have been some help to you.
