Joseph SNOW listed in the 1800 NY Census in Montgomery Co. Samuel SNOW is listed in 1820 NY Census in Warsaw, Wyoming Co. I believe Joseph is the father of Samuel, and that they came to Montgomery Co. NY from Providence, Rhode Island 1795-1800. Anyone done any research or know anything about these SNOW families.

Looking for a Mary Anne (Annie) SNOW I don't have much on her exept some rumors she was from Canada or the Vermont area and she was Indian and married a man with the last name of THOMAS, possibly William. Hi Mark, We could be looking for the same family, as I think they moved around a lot. I have a Churchill Snow born 8/11/1794 in Bridgewater MA and he died in Chicopee, Hamden, MA, which is right next door to Westfield. Churchill married Eunice Bolton in 1820, and their son Eliab Snow was born in Chicopee in 1827, so could be that he married in the Chicopee area. The son married a Bisbee from Chicopee. If Phoebe was Churchill's sister, it won't help you much, as nobody has ever heard of Churchill. Good luck! Sue Mark L. Hi, I am researching Dr Heinrich Schnee and his English born Australian/New Zealand citizen wife Ada for a book that I am writing on German East Africa. Dr Schnee was the deputy Governor of Samoa up to ca 1904 and presumedly met his wife at about that time. He later went on to become the Governor of German East Africa during WW1. At this time I would ideally like to know Ada Schnee's maiden name and their marriage details.. I have looked in New Zealand/Australia/London without success. Levi Snow b 1797 married Nancy Jones, daughter of Joel Jones and Nancy Middleton and moved to Arkansas. Abea snow married Battle Mayfield, Nov. 30, 1813 in Jackson Co., GA. I am in the line of Levi Snow and Nancy Jones and their son William John Snow and Mary Stephenson.

I am still looking for my Margaret SNOW who was married to Thomas Medley on Mar 7, 1829 in Stokes Cty, NC. Margaret was born Mar 13, 1807, hearsay is that she was born in Ireland or NC. Thomas Medley, birth uk, died abt 1848 in Greene Cty, TN. After Thomas Medley died, Margaret and her children moved to Fordland, Webster Cty, MO. Her children are as follows: Mary Medley, Helane Delaney Medley, m/ Francis Marion Johnson, Milton Medley m/ Martha Ann Keller, Temperance Medley m/Whiteside Hargis, Duncan Medley m/ Margaret Jane Bruce, Peter Medley, Enoch Medley and Thornton Medley.
