    1. [SNOW-L] Schnee-Snow
    2. I am looking for an Edward Schnee who I think might have been born July 7, 1883, in PA. I think. He had a brother that was named Earl and he was definitely born in Mt Carmel PA. but was adopted by Benjamin Strauser in 1894-1896 time period. Because their mother past away, either giving birth to Earl or shortly afterward. Any information would be helpful. Thanks, Matthew Strauser

The Laurel-Snow Trail goes in that direction northwest out of Dayton, but a closer trail comes in from the northwest from between Walden Ridge and Morgan Springs off of Highway 30. Bet it is beautiful country. Phillip Snow McKinney, TX

    3. This isn't William P. Snow but possibly a relative. This information was collected by Charles and Gail Snow. A Thomas Snow was born in North Carolina. This is referenced by an 1880 Jefferson County, Alabama Census of Thomas' son, William Henry Snow. Thomas Snow was born between 1780 and 1790. This is referenced by an age taken from the 1830 Walker County, Alabama Census. Thomas was married to Mary Unknown by 1810. Mary was born between 1790 and 1800 in South Carolina. This is referenced from the 1830 and 1840 Walker County, Alabama Census'. Also place of birth is referenced in her son, William Henry Snow's 1880 Jefferson County, Alabama Census. At one point the family was in Tennessee as William Henry Snow was born there in 1814.
