TN. 1788 - 1882 by Shirley Wilson for the above. These folks are listed as witnesses to a will. The abstract is as follows: Reed, James dated 26 May 1811 Wife Hannah, six children William Thomas, Agnes, James, John and Elizabeth. EX: Sons Thomas and William Yandell Witness: John Sloan, John Smothers Sr., and John Smothers Jr. I do not find a will for a John Smothers in the book. The only will is for a James Smothers.
