Thanks for all the prayers and best wishes for Jason Smothers, who is in the War in Iraq. I called his Grandfather and told him of the prayers and support from all of you. I asked him about his family and he said that his family came from the Cainsville, Missouri area. That is also the same lines as Danny York, Barbara Chambers and also mine. This surprised me as I worked with his father for a couple of years before I started genealogy and now I find that although it is distant that I too am related to Jason and his family. From : Bethany, go east 18 miles on highway 136 to blacktop "CC". (Note: there is a : blacktop "CC" that goes south from highway 136 in Harrison County. Do not : turn there. Turn north on "CC" and proceed 4 miles to Fairview Place which : is a gravel road that goes to the left (west). There is a small sign : adjacent the blacktop.
