Isaac Smothers, son of Gillum/Gilliam, had a brother named John b abt 1844 who seems to have died 1850-60 (he "disappears" about then, anyway). It is my understanding that Isaac's wife was maiden name Nancy Ann Mullins, but my source notes are unclear as to how that was determined.
