    3. Tony, James Franklin Smothers is in fact buried at Palestine Methodist Church near Holladay, Tn in the Southern portion of Benton County. He is buried next to his first wife, Elizabeth Barnes. I have visted the cemetary many times as James Franklin Smothers was my ggrandfather on my Mother's side and my grandfather on my Dad's side is buried in this cemetary also. Pleasant Hill Baptist Church is the church that I grew up in as a member. It is still a very active rural Missionary Baptist Church in the 4th Civil District near the Carroll County line.     3. Do you know why there is a grave marked with the same information at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery? I can't figure this one out. It was documented by Mr and Mrs E.J. Sims and Col. & Mrs John C. Brown for Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery #108 - February 4, 1973. Do you think some mistake of locations could have happened by accident?
