Smith born abt 1865 Bethnal Green, a leather merchant's clerk according to the 1901 census, married Martha in Bethnal Green.They had the following children, all born in Hackney, Henry J Smith born 1896, Florence Rose E Snith born 1898, Alice L Smith born 1900. there well may have been more children.
