I read your email to the Smith List and I enjoyed it but I think you made a mistake in your information, if I read it right, you said your Grandfather Joel Claud Smith married Lillie on Oct. 25, 1917, and had two children, then you said his second wife was Alice and she was born Nov. 15, 1908 and they married Oct. 25, 1917, Alice would have been only 9 years old and plus that was the date Joel married Lillie. I'm not trying to be smart just trying to be a good neighbor and help you out, I'm searching for my father's parents, I think he changed his name, he was suppose to have came from MO.
