For example there are over 50,000 Samuel Smiths on the U.S. census records. There are 873 in the North Carolina Birth Index, over 2400 in WWI draft registration cards. I would not know where to begin looking for Samuel Clayton Smith. Please be as specific as possible, there are a lot of Smiths out there.
