I am seeking information on Benjamine BARNES SMITH. He was the Treasurer for a Lumber Company in Florida. He was murdered in a robbery on the way to deposit the payroll in the Bank. He was buried in Ashford I believe. His son Charles SMITH born in 1908 married Mary Alice OATES of Headland, Alabama. Uncle Charles was born in Florida, but lived his adult life in Headland.
