Joe Smith lived in Bowdon, My grandmother Vertie Della Smith Black The Black Family I have been able to trace and they lived in Newnan I have found the census back to 1880. My grandmother married when she was 17 and I have found them in the same area in a 1910 census. My thinking is that the whole family settled in that area that My great grandparents must have been there to. Thanks for your help, Linda
