It was sent to me in error when requesting a certificate for Mary Elizabeth (Hickman) Smith of Bradley County. The information is: Mary Elizabeth Smith - white female Married to Sam Smith Housewife Place of residence: 803 West 22nd St., Russellville, AR, Pope County B. 3/19/1867 d. 9/9/1948 or hypertension, heart disease Father - Dow (?) Findley from Tennessee Mother - Ann Hughes from Tennessee Burial - Pisgah Cemetery, Russellville, AR on Sept 10 1948 She died at Baptist State Hospital in North Little Rock, Arkansas. I know Smith is a hard name to search and hope this info helps someone!
