Smith, Deceased The petition of William Smith respectfully represents that James T. Smith late of Peters Township in said county died on the 22nd day of January A.D. 1876 intestate, unmarried and without issue leaving, surviving him neither father or mother. That the estate of the said deceased descends to his brothers and sisters who are as follows to wit, the petitioner William Smith, Nancy Smith intermarried with Levi Culbertson of Clay County, State of Indiana, Eleanor Smith intermarried with James Parker of Clay County, State of Indiana, Jane Smith intermarried with (Link?) deceased and now intermarried with William Dulaney of Cameron, Marshall County, West Virginia. Benjamin Smith deceased leaving a daughter Samantha Smith intermarried with Lewis G. Barga of Richland County, State of Ohio and Sarah Smith intermarried with Andrew McCaskey of Crawford County, State of Ohio.
