(may be an O.) 11 MI Leo. Jr. 9 MI Marion 7 MI Robert 2 MI Lorane (sic) 1 MI Leo and Maud had been married for about 13 years. While I can't be absolutely certain that these are your grandparents, given their location it appears highly likely. Additional info: Michigan Deaths: Marshall A. Smith 27 Apr 1922 - 07 Mar 1990. Died Ann Arbor, Washtenaw, MI. Resided Mayfield, Lapeer, MI Marian (sic) E. Smith 15 Aug 1922 - 07 Nov 1988 Died Lapeer, Lapeer, MI. Resided Lapeer, Lapeer, MI (SSDI has her as Marion E. Smith) The above dates of birth fit the 1930 census records I have provided. At the time of the census Marshall would have already turned 8, but Marion would not have. ordering death certificates and/or the original SS applications could provide a lot more info. The SS apps would almost certainly provide maiden names for mothers. I know it's not much, but it might give you a jumpstart. Hope it helps. Debby
