June 1, 1833 William John JORDAN emigrated from London on May 24, 1841 on "Toronto" ship to New York [NY] with daughter, Sarah [Sally] Ann JORDAN [1836-1884]. (William) John JORDAN, was born Aug. 26 1802 in Minster, Isle of Sheppey, England, and was naturalized 2 Nov. 1846 in Albany, Rensselaer Co., New York, emigrating from England, after marrying on 1 June 1833 in Queensborough, Kent Co., England. 3rd generation Sarah [aka Sally] JORDAN was born in England m. Thomas ROBBINS, while the rest of the children were born in Greenbush, Rensselaer County, New York [NY]: Abraham JORDAN m. Bertha STICKLEY, George JORDAN, Charles S. JORDAN m.
