They had the following sons: James Hoke, Carlton Lucas, Harrison Earle, Joseph Paul, and Roy Harold. James Harrison was the only child of William Joseph Smith and Sarah Roach of Cherokee Co Ga. When she died, William married Mary Elizabeth Gilstrap d/o Charles Asberry and Martha Jane Wilson Gilstrap of High Tower Forsyth Co Ga. They were from Pickens Co SC . Wm and Mary Gilstrap Smith had a very large family. This is my line. Thanks for any help.
