Just a few other priorities at the moment. I'm connected to the Smarts through John's wife, Alice Green. She was my g-grandma's (Nancy Green Leffler) 1/2 sister. My other connection is through John & Alice's daughter, Elizabeth, aka Libby. She married my grandma's (Mary Jane Forbes Leffler) uncle, Augustine Palmer. We visited them often (Libby & Uncle Teen) when I was a kid and I just found out a few years ago that she was also blood relation. I really don't have anything on the Smart family other than John & Alice's family, and that's not a whole lot. I have some on the Palmers; but not very much on the Greens.
