Aged 89 years, 3 months and 25 days. Mrs. Allpress was born in England and her maiden name was Sarah Percival. She came to America in the early fifties and located in Eagle near where John Lane's farm now is. Later the family moved to Mukwonago and thence to Eagle, where they at one time owned the farm now occupied by John T. Buell. From her the family went north to take up a home and there Mrs. Allpress reside until the time of her death. The funeral was held Sunday and her remains were laid to rest beside those of her daughter, Julia, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Allpress was well and favorably known in and around Eagle and her many friends will learn of her death with sorrow. She leaves surviving her four daughters: Mrs. Ellen Howard and Mrs. Frank Smart, Appleton, Minn., Mrs. Lawrence Fardy, Sr., Eagle, and Mrs. Henry Jackson Texas, and two sons, Edward and Albert, besides twenty grand c! hildren and a number of great grand children, all of whom were at her bedside at the time of her death excepting one daughter.
