My uncle, Lon Penson Smart, Jr., was born in Colorado City, Mitchell County, Texas in 1916. He was the son of Lon Penson Smart and Lela Naul Smart. If either of you run across anything in Mitchell County on them, I'd appreciate an email. I do not have Belle Smart in my mother's line so you don't need to chase this line if you do find info on them. My grandfather was in Colorado City working the railroad at the time.
