His name was Raymond Smartt Sr. born January 31, 1911 and died on March 15,1993. He was raised and lived in McMinnville Tennessee area and then move to Las Vegas Nevada. He married Mattie Argo who was the daughter of Bruce Argo and Nellie Rhea. Raymond and Mattie had two children that I know of, Raymond Jr. and Francis Smartt Molnar.
