I am a Smart from Western PA and am wondering if any of you are related. My grandfather was Lee Smart b 1887 who married Edna F Webb b 1900 from Adams Cty OH. My Webbs use to live in Greene Cty. His father was Thomas Smart b 1855 d 1905 m Phyllis M b 1856 d 1919. Has anyone heard of them while doing your family trees.
