Don't have much to go on. Born raised Alabama. Also " tales" of being a 5th generatuon Cherokee. Mom was Ruby Jo Mann. She mentions connections with families in Al/ Carolinas/ KY/ Tenn. Names she recalls surnames Mann, Mary Elizabeth Mann/ and a Susie Mary Elizabeth Mann. Watts and Sm,arts are recalled...also a Dunn family. I would greatly appreciate any info at all.
