My late husband William Dryden Smart, jr. ( born in Iowa in 1930). His Father was William Dryden Smart Sr. (born in 1899 in Iowa) Whose Father was Ulysses Grant Smart (born in 1870 in Monroe County, IL) Whose Father was Samuel Smart (born in 1834 in Northern Ireland) Does anyone belong to this line? I'd love to share information, so our Son and Grandson will know their roots. Grandma Jone I've been called lots of things in my life, "Grandma" is best. ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, October 10, 2010 4:00 PM Subject: Re: [SMART] Smart Family of Rockingham County, New Hampshire > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Author: tsmart5080 > Surnames: Smart > Classification: queries > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.smart/1649.1/mb.ashx > > Message Board Post: > > Charles Smart 1767-1839 of Grafton, NH had ten children of which one was > named Samuel. > > Important Note: > The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
