Smart, 83, of New Providence, PA died on Friday, May 3, 2013 at the home of his daughter. He and his wife Elsie M. Duckinfield Smart were married 61 years in October of 2012. He was born in Lock Haven, a son of the late Arthur William and Myrtle Evelyn Sheats Smart. Don was last employed as a truck driver for Stanley Marvel in Bensalem, PA. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Quarryville and the Artisan's Order of Mutual Protection. Don served as a Boy Scout Leader for over 25 years. He also served his country in the US Marine Corp during the Korean Conflict. Surviving beside his wife are six children Donald F. Jr. of New Providence, Douglas A. married to Rafael of Philadelphia, Daniel E. married to Sandy of Atglen, David F. married to Lynette of Philadelphia, Drucinda G. married to James Bell of Nottingham, Dara M, Bailey of Peach Bottom; 10 grandchildren; and a brother Robert K.
