I can not find either a John or Elsie on the Victorian Electoral Roll. I have been led to believe that Eileen was born in Victoria, Aust but I can't find her birth or parents marriage on the Victorian indexes. Eileen married Dennis Ford in 1932 in Victoria, Aust Both Dennis and Eileen first appear on the Electoral Roll in 1931 Eileen at 535 King St, and Dennis Ford at King St, no number, which either makes them born before 1911 but not in Victoria.
