She was married (briefly) to Jeffrey Eastman Fuller- a marriage that dissolved in 1944. She served in the Red Cross in Europe (Britain/France) from late 1944 until the end of the War, and died circa 1950 (of cancer, I believe). I have some of her letters, photos, etc. She was my older sister's Godmother and a dear friend of my mother (Alice Read Heard) and her sister (Virginia Read Morton) both of Savannah. Georgia was well educated, funny, and quite beautiful. She died before my birth, so I only know her from her letters and those of my parents.
