I am trying to find the parents of Sarah Smart (b. 1 Jan 1816, d.12 Aug 1889) who married David Phillians. Their children are buried at Bokes Creek Cemetery. In addition, these other Smart's are buried there-- J.D.(1828-1864) Col Wm (1803-1859) I have found a record stating that Col. Wm is the son of Isaac (1779-1828) and Susannah Swope (b. abt 1777 PA) I believe Isaac may be a son of William (1753 -1813) who died in Franklin Co. There is also a Joseph floating around b. 1776.
