Donna, Marsko looks to be a collection of about a dozen houses and does not have a church in it. The closest church that I can find is Sv. Mohar in Fortunat. This church is near Lupinica and is a little less than 2 km from Marsko as the crow flies. If the crow walks around and over a few hills and mountains, it's a bit further. ;-) See link below. JK, The Atlas of Slovenia is published by Založba Mladinska knjiga in Ljubljana. It is the hardcover version (around $150) of the the Interactive Atlas of Slovenia (IAS) in the link provided by "Ron Pozin" <[email protected]>. I did some fiddling and came up with http://www.iasnet.com/zem_eng/index2-50.asp?X=5491767&Y=5097240 that shows both Marsko and the church in the same frame. I got the Atlas a while back while in Slovenia, but as Ron suggested, it is available in the U.S. and Canada, too. If you want to see some pictures from Slovenia, check out my web site at http://www.sherek.com.
