Hi all, I am wondering if someone out there can help me. I am trying to find out where Anton STARIHA was born and how I might find birth records and family records. I know that Anton was born to John STARIHA and Anna BUTCHER STARIHA ca. 1841 in Semic, Semich, near Moedling, Slovenia. He came to the USA in I believe in the 1860's. I find he first in Dakota Territory about that time. I would like to know how to go about find the parish and the records for this man. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Does anyone know where I might find a map on line to pin point where this is in Slovenia? Thanks, Jackie
