I have been involved in a project to photograph and post photos of the tombstones from Willard, Wisconsin Holy Family Catholic Cemetery and National Cemetery on the internet. These cemeteries were founded by the Slovenian Community in Willard Wisconsin. Long in the works, this project is finally coming to completion. National Cemetery is now complete and on the internet. It is in a spreadsheet form and when you click on the deceased name it will bring up a photograph of the tombstone. Holy Family Catholic Cemetery is soon to follow. Whatever vital statistics available were added to the spreadsheet and in the future this information can be updated. This is not a project that could not be applied to St. Mary's Cemetery on Genesee in Waukegan Illinois. Even such a project only in spread sheet form would be a valuable resource for geneologists.
