Your Stopicia/Stopieia could be Stopice, near Novo Mesto (SE ov Novo Mesto). And Brezorca could be "Brezovica pri Stopicah". According to the phonebook, there are a few people with the surname Klobucar in today's Stopice, so that could actually be the right place. Hocevar also appears in Slopice.
