Their names are John (Janez) Klobuchar and Ursula Kochevar. John was born September 19, 1882 somewhere in Austro-Hungary. He immigrated to the US in about 1901. He married Ursula in about 1906-08, probably in Calumet Michigan. They show up on the census in Calumet in 1910. Race is Slovenian. John died in a mining accident in the Spruce Mine in Eveleth, Minnesota on Oct. 22, 1919. Ursula was born Oct. 20, 1888 in Austro-Hungary. Her naturalization papers say her last residence was Stopicia or Stopieia. She immigrated in 1906 from Bremen. She had a brother Anton who also lived in Eveleth. She died in 1963 in Eveleth.
