SKRABAN, Terezija (Theresa) 1888-1967 Born Murska Sobota YUG (Slovenia) her mother's maiden name was SIFTAR her father was Joseph Skraban. Theresa's birth certificate listed them as farmers. I believe the address on the certificate was Strukovci st. 21. The certificate also shows "Krajevni ured Bodonci" in the upper left corner. Not sure what this means, other than Bodonci is a town north of Murska Sobota. If the translation from her birth certificate is correct, her godparents were Stefan GYERJEK and Lajos SINIC. I have no info on them but their names. Theresa married Joseph KOVACH (later changed to KOVACS) 1886-1965 He may have been born in Veszprem Megye, HUN.
