My first time posting to a Mail List. I hope I'm doing it correctly. My husband's g grandfather CURL was born in Drejznik, Austria. It appears most activities in his/his relatives' lives centered around the region of Slovenia just south of the Gottschee region (Banja Loka, Nova Sela, Rajsele). I cannot find Drejznik on any current maps of Slovenia. I DO, however, find a Dreznik Grad a considerable distance away in Croatia - but I have a feeling it's not the right place. Any ideas? Hi Penny, I found the village DREZ~NIK, which is located on area you described.
