My mother, Josephine Pirnat was born there also and remembered the Lah name and that her mother who was married to John Pirnat, was a friend to the Ponikvar family. Alovsia (Alojze) was married to Matthew or Matthias Pirnat and had two sons, John and Louis (who became a doctor). John came to the USA, married and had one or two daughters and returned to Slovenia and had a son and two more daughters. Hope this info helps.
