Although I did not find the marriage record for Joseph Simonich and Maria Kobe, the Gottscheer Heritage and Genealogy Association may be able to help. Gottschee was a German linquistic region in southern Slovenia for over 600 years until 1941. The city of Gottschee is now known as Kocevje.
