But I don't believe we are related. My mom's side was Matichaks & Marusaks. My dad's side was Stanislaus & Mont. We were from the East Side. Where did you grow up??? My great-grandma was Susanne Filek but I'm not sure if she immigrated by herself or if other family members came along. I am kind of at a deadend. Plan on going to the library in beautiful downtown Joliet to finish up some of my research. I just started this about a week ago so I am really green at this.
