    3. Hi Are you sure that the origin is Slovenia? In modern day Slovenia, there appears to be only one place called Suha (near Skofja Loka) and this rather negates the Hungarian connections. Moreover, this is ignoring the accent on the a (á) which would be unusual for Slovene. Similarly for Solják. As you indicate that he is listed as Austro-Hungarian, it is possible that he is Hungarian and you may have more luck on the Hungarian board. Failing this, you perhaps should centre your research on the Slovene border area to Hungary and consider that place name may have changed. With his name being Michael (Mikita), he would most likely have been Miha in Slovene or Mihael in Austrian. I don't know what it would be in Hungarian. Lastly check the reference that they are Slovenes as it is possible that they Slovaks instead. You may note that I use the term Slovene rather than Slovenian as the latter is very much a 1990 onwards term. Consequently, recheck the manifesto and census data to confirm the listing as Austrian-Slovenian.
