To confused and frustrated, You are creating confusion and frustration by addressing your requests to the Slovenia board. Slovenia is an independent country that emerged from the split up of Yugoslavia and has nothing to do with Hungary or Czechoslovakia. The later split into the Czech Republic and the Slovak republic. You may have less frustration and certainly less confusion if you address your questions to the Slovak board.
