You can start by going to the Slovak white pages at: www.teldir.com/eng/euro/sk (that will get you to the first page, after that it is in Slovak as they don't have the English version up yet.) 1. Click on the map of Slovakia and that will get you to the research page. 2. Click on "nazov alebo priezvisko" and type in the last name you want to look up 3. go to "mesto" and type in Michalovce 4. Hit the "vyhladat" button and that will bring up an a persons phone # and address if there is a listing. The church of the Ladder Day Saints has church films form Michalovce from the Roman and Greek Catholic churches. To get information on that go to: www.familysearch.org On the first page in the right column you will see a place to click for the library holdings. That will bring you to a page where you can do a place search. Type in Michalovce and that will give you the information on the films they have.
