The 2001 movie Behind Enemy Lines with Gene Hackman was filmed in the Slovak Republic (we just got it at Blockbuster). I thought I recognized the Tatras and Rusyn names in the credits. Parts were filmed in two national reserves, but I couldn't read their names in the credits. Also thanks for the responses to my inquiry on my husband's grandfather's naturalization papers showing he came from Zibser Comitat in Hungary. Within 24 hours I had responses which said it was Zipser (German name Zips) which became Szepes and is now Spiss in Slovakia. We may never be able to figure out the village, but getting the info so quickly was great. Robin in Maryland
