Dear List, Forgive me it this is considered off topic, but I just got back from Slovakia and had a meal that I can't get off my mind. I have just spent a couple hours searching for it on google, but can't find a recipe. It was sauteed pork and potatoes in a potato pancake. It was sooooo good.
