To the list, I am looking for any information you might have regarding the DESCENDANTS of Ira Jason SLOAN, b. 2/3/1869 in Smith Co., TN, d. 11/1/1891 in Macon Co., TN. He was married to Idadora "Dora" Ann Goad, b. 3/8/1871 in TN. They had six children: William Fred Sloan, b. 12/31/1896, d. 4/7/1968 Effie Burris Sloan, b. 8/30/1898, d. 10/28/1973 Archibald Cordell Sloan, b. 5/14/1902, d. 1976 Agnes Evelle Sloan, b. 7/6/1907 John Edward Sloan, b. 8/15/1911, d. 9/23/1974 Alma Sloan, b. 10/4/1912 I have a little information about a couple of the children, but would like to "fill in" the rest of the data that I have yet to collect.
