Dear Smith & Saskatchewan list service members, I am searching for information on Hugh Smith, b. 20 September 1904 in Govan, Scotland to parents Hugh Smith and Jane Murray Sloan. Hugh Smith immigrated to Canada around 1925, and was last known to be in Imperial, Saskatchewan in the late 1920s. The kind officials in Imperial were unable to shed any light on Hugh's fate. His two sisters, one in Canada and the other in the States, never heard from him after Imperial. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to trace this ancestor?
