Eliza Caroline Earle and his son B. F. Sloan Jr. married Rebecca Gaillard Benson abt. 1856 AND Ellen M. Lewis. This was according to Carpenter-Weir Family by MaKoy, 1959. I don't have any info on Ellen and don't know if they had any issue. Ellen and B.F. Jr. were 1st cousins once removed.
