Hi everyone. I'm not sure if anyone subscribes to http://www.ancestry.com - but if you do, they put up almost all the US Census Indexes from 1790-1870. Looks like most of the states. It was on the ancestry.com newsletter I got today. I have been on the computer since this AM looking up my lost people. I was able to track a total of 5 people today..with the township name known, I can go right to the library and grab the film this week! You can plug in a name and a list of indexes with that name come up for all the states. There's also a few indexes of tax records that date before 1790. It's pretty pricey to join...but you can subscribe for a 3 month period I think. I got my subscription from Santa. Robin in Indianapolis
