He was born in Harwich, Mass.; died in Bristol, N. Y. . Uri Jackson served as corporal, 1776, in Col. William Starr's regiment, Connecticut troops. He was born and died in New Milford, Conn. William Francis (1737-1808) served as a private in Capt. Ephraim Hathaway's company, Colonel Pope's Bristol County, Massachusetts regiment, 1776. He was born in Dighton, Mass.; died in Bristol, N. Y. William Gording (1736-78) was a private in Capt. Elijah Walker's company, Colonel Pope's regiment, which marched on the Rhode Island Alarm. He was born and died in Dighton, Mass. Elnathan Walker (1706-75) was a member of the first and second Provincial Congresses of Massachusetts, 1774-75. He was born and died in Dighton, Mass. Hezekiah Boughton (1725-98) responded to the various alarms in Capt. Ezra Whittlesey's company, Berkshire County, Massachusetts militia. He was born in Norwalk, Conn.; died in Victor, N. Y. . Nicholas Smith served as private and corporal in the Berkshire County, Massachusetts troops. He was born in Stockbridge, Mass.; died in Victor, N. Y.
