Wesley Sisson (1855-after 1938), son of Henry and Margaret Sisson. Line: 1.Richard 2.George 3.Thomas 4.Giles 5.Samuel 6.Samuel Jr. 7.Henry 8. Wesley Wesley was born in Michigan in 1855. In the censuses, we find Wesley living in Michigan with his parents in 1860 and 1870; with his parents in Chicago in 1880 (where he is working as a lawyer). In the 1900 census, Wesley is living in Mt. Vernon, NY, working as a book publisher, with wife Mary Elizabeth and a daughter Claudine (b. 1882) who is working as an actress. In 1910 census, still in Mt. Vernon, Wesley working as secretary of an insurance company. In the 1920 census, Westley (sic) and Mary still in Mt. Vernon, Wesley now working in magazine advertising. From "Descendants of Richard and Mary Sisson: Ten Generations from 1608" by Joan and Dave Sisson, p. 291, Wesley and his brother William were both living in Mt. Vernon in 1938.
