Thanks Janice, I believe that may give us a new area of England, that we have not researched. I will have to check with David Arne Sisson and David Martin to see if our England Research Fund has looked into that area. David and David, if you read this, Gateshead, Durham , England is in the northern part of England, north of York County, and east of Cumberland County and east/northeast of Westmorland County. It is not far from the Scotland border, and about 3 counties northeast of Wales. If we have not looked into that area, I would like to have our English genealogist do so, I am willing to make a small contribution toward that, if it hasn't already been done. Let me know. Larry L.
